Good to know – our house rules and facilities

To ensure that all our guests feel completely at ease, we ask for your understanding of the following rules:
Our accommodation is a retreat for adults. We only accommodate guests aged 18 and over.

We would also like to ask that only the booked guests use the house and garden.
We love animals – but we ask for your understanding that we cannot accept pets.

The daily rental price includes

• Final cleaning
• Bed linen and towels per person

Equipment for your stay

• SodaStream, coffee filter machine, toaster, kettle, hand blender
• Pot set & pan with cooking utensils
• Crockery, cutlery, salad spinner
• Dishwasher incl. tabs, washing-up liquid, dishcloth, drying cloth
• Centrally accessible guest washing machine, iron & ironing board, rotary dryer
• Bicycle garage: lockable and with power connection

Additional services (for a fee & on request)

• Use of the Trackman Golf indoor facility: € 35 / hour (by appointment)
• Use of the fire bowl and barbecue (subject to availability)
• Fully automatic coffee machine
• Additional towels and bed linen change

Minimum stay: 2 nights
